Looking for some easy and fun fall recipes you can do with the kiddos? Well look no further. Here are 4 simple and quick treats you can make with your kids. And they’re even perfect for Halloween!

Witches Brooms

What you’ll need:

  • Mini chocolate peanut butter cups
  • Mini pretzel sticks
  • Toothpick

How to:

Use a toothpick to make a small hole in the smaller side of the peanut butter cup. (Make sure to not poke all the way through.) Then stick in the pretzel to make delicious Halloween brooms!

Boo-nanas

What you’ll need:

  • 1 medium banana
  • White chocolate
  • 8 mini chocolate chips for eyes
  • 4 popsicle sticks

How to:

Cut bananas in half lengthwise, then in half again, for a total of 4 slices. Place popsicle sticks inside bananas and freeze.

Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler. It may take a few minutes for chocolate to melt, so be sure to stir every 20-30 seconds until creamy. Dip frozen bananas in chocolate until completely covered. Add mini chocolate chips for eyes, and place in freezer to dry until ready to eat.

  • Oreos
  • Mini pretzel sticks
  • Frosting
  • M&M’s or Reese’s Pieces Candy

How to:

All you have to do for these scary spiders is stick pretzels into sides of the Oreos. Just add a little frosting to stick the candy eyes on and you’re good to go.

Mummy Pretzels

What you’ll need:

  • Big pretzel sticks
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • White chocolate

How to:

Melt chocolate in the microwave or double boiler. It may take a few minutes for chocolate to melt, so be sure to stir every 20-30 seconds until creamy. Dip pretzels in chocolate until half the stick is completely coated; then lay on wax paper or cookie sheet to dry.

Pour remaining chocolate into small plastic bag and clip off the corner. (You may need to melt chocolate again to do this.) Pipe chocolate onto pretzels until it looks like a mummy. Don’t forget to add mini chocolate chips for the eyes. Let dry and you’re done.
