New Movies Your Kids Will Be Begging to See in 2018

2017 brought about some extremely popular movies for kids like Cars 3, Captain Underpants, and Coco, just to name a few. However, 2018 may even surpass the excitement of last year flicks by bringing a whole new batch of anticipation and thrills. From returning fan favorites to a fresh take on an old story, these new movies are sure to have your kids begging to hit the theater. 

Here are some of the most anticipated kids flicks for the big screen:

The Incredibles 2 – June 15, 2018

The much anticipated sequel to the wildly popular 2004 original follows the Parr family, a family of superheroes, as they all come together to fight off an evil new foe. This new Pixar flick picks up immediately after the events of the first film, and you can count on all of your favorites to return, including Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl, Violet, Dash, and even little Jack Jack.

Opens June 15, 2018.

Sherlock Gnomes – March 23, 2018

After garden gnomes start to suddenly disappear in their area, Gnomeo and Juliet must enlist the help of master detective, Sherlock Gnomes, to solve the case. With such big names as Johnny Depp, Emily Blunt, and James McAvoy lending their voices to the cause, this follow up to 2011’s Gnomeo & Juliet is bound to bring some serious smiles and laughs.

Peter Rabbit – February 9, 2018

Peter Rabbit and his friends are used to having free reign of the local garden, but when Mr. McGregor moves in next door, a new feud begins. Tensions rise even higher when Mr. McGregor vies for the affection of Peter’s owner, Bea. This new live action comedy coupled with life like computer graphics is bound to become a fan favorite.

Ralph Breaks the Internet – November 21, 2018

When a new wi-fi router gets plugged into the old arcade, Ralph takes an adventure into the age of the internet when he needs to track down a replacement part for Sugar Rush. Picking up 6 years after the first installment Ralph, along with his best friend Vanellope von Schweetz, travel into uncharted territory and meet some new characters, as well as some familiar faces.

Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation – July 13, 2018

The third installment in the popular Transylvania movie series, this 3D animated feature follows Dracula and his friends as they embark on a tropical vacation aboard a monster cruise ship. But when Dracula ends up falling for a decedent of a famous monster killer, his friends must come together to save him before the unthinkable happens.
